Glad I linked mine the day I got it :/
Then he'll rise three days later and kick your ass.
"There is no need for customers to contact their bank or card company at this stage. However, customers should continue to do what they should normally be doing - checking their statement and keeping a close eye on their account for any unusual activity – if they spot any they should then contact their bank or card company."
Well that makes me feel a little better.
If Sony takes the appropriate measures to fix this problem, people will be fine with it.
Who remembers when people started DYING when they took some Tylenol? That company took appropriate measures to ensure their customers were safe. I saw some Tylenol on the store shelf yesterday, so if they can recover from that, then Sony can no doubt recover from this if done correctly.
There are some people here that apparently thrive on the theft of others' information.
Looks like we need to time travel all the way back to February and start complaining then.
I'll just be using my secondary bank account on the PSN that my bank set up for me to use online. I was just too stupid to actually use it until now :P
I'm pretty sure they said CC info MIGHT be compromised.
.......are you still there?
Yeah, no kidding. There are what, 2 on PS2, 1 on GBA, 2 on DS, 1 on PSP, on soon to be on the 3DS, and then KH3 coming out on PS3 (hopefully.....).
It's all a bit too spread out, imo.
That would be flipping hilarious xD
Plenty of great psp games. Go for it.
I do think it's pretty sad that people are enjoying the fact that others' personal information has been stolen.
Stay classy.
Errm, no. I don't think so.
I do think it's funny how everybody is saying they're going to sue Sony.
How many of you will actually follow through with that threat?
Five bucks says you will.
"If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained."
Well this is just awesome.
I like how the title suggests they give a specific time frame for the network being brought back online. All it says is this:
"We're guessing/hoping this is a case of the classic 'under-promise and over-deliver' PR strategy, so the rumours about an indefinite delay actually result in only another day or so without PSN."
Glad to see Animal Crossing 3DS is still on the list of releases, even though it's TBA.
New reports are coming in saying that the PS3 is responsible for world hunger.
